Located south of Salvador, Ponta do Curral is a peninsula nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Taperoá Channel.
In 1979, a group of friends interested in studying and preserving tropical wildlife crossed paths with the peninsula. Captivated by the natural beauty encountered, they recognized its potential as a destination and embraced this as their mission.
